1. Technical process parameters and characteristics

1.1 DSP-TP14E battery test injection machine is suitable for battery specifications:1865026650 battery, with a liquid injection capacity of 1-20ML. (To change the battery model, simply replace the battery tray, easy and simple to operate)

1.2 DSP-TP14E Battery Test InjectionVacuum injection is used, and the number of batteries inside the tray is:80, divided into two vacuum boxes A and B. Each vacuum box can hold two trays, with 80 batteries per tray. A total of 160 batteries can be placed simultaneously.

1.3 Single machine efficiencyBefore welding the battery cap, inject the electrolyte: manually put on the injection measuring cup, place it in the tray, and the automatic injection module injects the electrolyte into the measuring cup and places it in the vacuum absorption box,

1.4 The precision of liquid injection is± 0.25%, the required injection volume is adjustable from 0 to 100g.

2. Technical solution

2.1 Job Process Description:

ØAfter baking the battery, take it out of the oven and manually place it into the injection tray. Each tray80 batteries, a total of 160 batteries can be placed in 2 sets of trays (with caps welded and filled with liquid);

Ø Place the tray with the battery installed in it into the positioning of the liquid dispenser (positioning of the liquid dispenser limit block)

ØPress the start switch to lower the sealing cover and seal the battery and tray. After sealing is complete, perform vacuum pumping and liquid injection circulation(5.5g electrolyte can be completed in one go or multiple times, and the whole machine is equipped with 2 double headed injection pumps, 4A liquid injection head, the automatic liquid injection module only needs to be operatedThe entire liquid injection program can be completed by parallel lines (X);
